Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, all wig and hair sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs/hair if the item has been:

• worn or used

• altered/customized (lace cut, dyed, bleached, styled)

• missing original packaging/tags

✅ Accessories & jewelry returns:

We accept returns/exchanges on unused accessories and jewelry within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

❗️Non-returnable items:

• wigs & hair products

• worn/used items

• final sale / promotional items

• items returned without original packaging

📩 If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video.
