Processing time is 1–3 business days and delivery time depends on your location.

Wigs & hair are final sale due to hygiene reasons.

Returns/exchanges may be accepted for unused accessories & jewelry within 7 days of delivery (original packaging required).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos/video.
